Maintenance Coordinator (Job Number: 199822W-01)
As the Maintenance Coordinator for the Chambers Works FMDL unit, you will have ownership of our maintenance systems and work management process. This position is located with DuPont?s Chambers Works Manufacturing site in Deepwater, New Jersey supporting a small (22 person) manufacturing unit and will report to the Area Manager for FMDL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Plan and schedule daily maintenance activities for the unit.
+ Plan and coordinate annual TAR activities.
+ Order parts or equipment to coincide with scheduled maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
+ Manage parts inventory, kitting, and organization of equipment and parts storage.
+ Lead efforts to improve maintenance effectiveness through continuously improving preventive maintenance strategy, task lists, PM intervals, parts inventory data, etc.
+ Writing and review of maintenance procedures and incorporating corporate maintenance best practices.
+ Coordinating and managing all off-site equipment repairs, purchases and inspections.
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3-5 years of maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing facility, with 5+ years preferred.
+ Requires fluent computer skills based on site guideline applications. It also will require extensive knowledge of SAP for managing daily work schedules, work orders, purchase requisitions, etc.
+ Basic knowledge of Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance (MIQA) practices
+ Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude. Effectively move across organizational boundaries to achieve desired results and able to manage several competing priorities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
